Cpl_PlaNK
I need help working out the lighting on this picture that i have done. People have said the lights don't match the surroundings which i think is true, (PS. this is my first ever sfm) http://cplgoodman.imgur.com/all/
ror
The light is too focused on the crotch/stomach area, try posing it further away so it shines on the whole model.
Weedoof
He does look a little unnaturally bright compared to his surroundings, especially around his stomach like RoR said. Lowering the intensity and moving it a bit away should help. Also, look up three point lighting. It'll help take care of shadows like the one his left hand is casting. Kevin the Chicken God
also, if you want to have brighter, focused light, it should be coming from a place that seems reasonable. It seems out of place that a light is shining up at him from, for what the viewer can tell, just a random spot on the floor

Erik
For a first time SFM poster it looks quite decent actually. But try to focus the light more on the overall picture, not on the stomach (it appears so) only.
Happysedits
I always make 5 lights from different angles and 1 big one.
