Pokebank, the service he needs to transfer the Charizard from his copy of Black/White 1/2, was suppose to be available on X-mas but Nintendo underestimated the how many would be using the service. This caused them to remove it from the E-shop, and delay the release to the rest of the world. So until Nintendo finally makes it available world wide, Triforce can't finish this.
