My FIFA 17 demo is lagging af

Well i just downloaded demo from origin cuz ma brother wanted to it so hard. I put settings on the lowest possible and no limit for fps and its still lagging (like 20tish FPS).
Ma config: Windows 10 64 (idk if 32 bit exists)
CPU:AMD Phenom 9500 quad core 2.2 GHz
Ram: 8 gigs
Graphics:Sapphire Radeon HD7790
got like a 1.5 terra on hard disc (about half is used)

Edit: Minimum AMD CPU requirement for FIFA 17 is Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz quad core
