So many Random Craft Hats are raising to 1.33 ref, should the blanket itself raise?

Not yet. Scrap.tf is still selling at 1.22 / buying at 1.11 refined and their bots still have multiple hats that just build up in stock over there.

By no means is 1.33 flat justified, I was thinking about maybe a range of 1.22 - 1.33.
