As a general rule, lowcrafts aren't usually worth more than a regular variant unless it's less than 100 or a number that has some significance, like 666 or 420.

And you should be warned OP, seeing how you don't appear to be that familiar with craft numbers:  even though low crafts < 100 are more valuable than regular craft hats, they're not actually that valuable, unless they're craft #1s (or it's a craft # with a very active collector).  A lot of the time you'll see people trying to sell a #84 hat for 5 keys or something crazy when in reality it could get maybe 1 key (and even that will probably take a week).  As a matter of fact, I would recommend for novice traders to stay away from low crafts, they are IMO experience more difficult to sell than a lot of other items in the same price range.  If you're trading for profit, low crafts aren't the way to go, the market is too small.
