Private Backpack? Just want to know if it happen to anyone else

So earlier I looked at my profile page and it told me I had a private backpack and to change it. I know steam messes up sometimes but I check my profile setting and no, it is still public. No big deal, I remember this happening sometimes, however this time, when I refreshed bp.tf my backpack was showing public again but all my sell orders and buy orders were gone. Never had this happen before wanted to know if I was alone.

Unrelated question... Clicking on the word bumped no longer shows when an item was listed.

Did this to me a couple months ago, it closed all my sell orders and i had to private and unprivate it to fix it.
