The numbers of these kinds of suggestions have decreased recently. And it doesn't take a lot of work for mods to take those down. They usually get taken down pretty quickly anyways. The forced minimum character count has helped a lot with this. Requiring certain words is probably not necessary.

No. These suggestions are fast dealt with. There is already an requirement of 50 characters I believe.
