Judging by the amount of mistakes you made in this thread alone I would bet on this. Again most important thing is the outpost ban reason, if it says "Trading with scammers" then it's ok to trade with the user as long as the item doesn't come from scammers. If it says "scammer" in any form or pending reports (for scamming or enough to get that person marked) then its not ok to trade with that person. You have shown 0 proof, and everything you said has been denied. As last resort you say that evidence was manipulated but of course you dont have screenshots of that ridiculous claim.
