Yeah it includes windows/monitor/peripherals Well, what games do you want to play and at what settings? Do you intend to stream or edit? Do you have any parts that you can reuse? How do I know how much wattage I need? a 550w will be enough for anything that you would (realistically) end up with.

I might edit stuff in my spare time as well so that would be nice. I can reuse my hard drives and peripherals (except for the monitor)

AwesomeMcCoolName
Oh would a Dell optiplex 960 case be able to hold all of that? You'd have to measure how much GPU clearance there would be. Also, I'd aim for an i5 + R9 280/380 (although that's going to push you over the budget by a decent bit with a monitor, but is well worth the money -- so I'd consider holding off on buying a monitor and just using one you already have. Syndaz
Oh would a Dell optiplex 960 case be able to hold all of that? Like awesome said maybe depending on whether there is clearance. I think it would but if any issues arise you can probably saw some things off and or just save up for a "cheap" 50-60 dollar case like the NZXT 210 and you'd be solid. Happy pc building.
