Jazzy Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 SBTWC, Poisoned Shadows, and CV are pretty much all "meh" effects. On certain hats they can be higher, and certain hats you'd get the effects really cheap. If you had the option to go for one of those pentagram ones, I'd jump on one of those effects rather than the bate ones (for the glory of satan of course) Or Arcana/Spellbound.
