What are two USD values displayed in backpacks?

When viewing a backpack there are two USD prices on the right under 'Profile Information'. One has a Steam icon and one has a bp.tf icon. What are these prices and how are they calculated?

The backpack value is the value of your items on the backpack (usually not realistic if you are going to sell for real money)

The steam value is an estimated value (always get the lowest currently selling price) of what you can get if you sell your marketable items on the Steam Market.

Basically

 

Though the SCM one is obviously not very correct, you might have a scorching 200 key hat for example, but theres a nuts n bolts one on the market for $20 making the SCM value at the cheapest seller being $20 so yeah
