No, it won't help as pyro and people will probably be booty bothered if you try to play pyro against them. Also, turn mouse acceleration off if you haven't already. There are a few all class MGE servers that do allow you to play as a pyro or an engie, which does help both with their shotgun aim and for pyros it allows you to practice your timing with reflecting against sollies and demos. MGE with people who will like 8-20 you not 0-20 or else you won't learn anything. Don't mge people who you can beat easily.
