I got marked as scammer because i asked someone to pay more for parts

The last 2 people i traded with both called me a scammer and i didnt know why

So i traded my brother and he told me i got marked...

 

I have never tried to think of scamming someone...

But there was that one guy that wanted to buy my Strange Jag with Parts(Robots/Sappers/Crit Kills), i asked for 3 keys, he called me a scammer and blocked me

Didnt do any reasonable trades besides some pure sales/hat for hat sales recently

So i basically  my trading career is screwd or will the mark decay or something, just mad that i cought trading aids after 2 days on trading servers...

That little message the pops up saying that you are a scammer before you trade someone means absolutely nothing

The tag you're talking about means nothing and will go away after a while, you have nothing to worry about.

This is just a kid that got mad at you for not selling at the price you wanted to sell at (which you are completely free to do) and decided to abuse the report function on steam. It will go away in a few weeks and nobody that knows anything about trading will actually care, you're safe

They aren't too bright then if they are just following the pop up during the trade and don't do their own background check; if those notifications were correct all the time then no one would trade with the scrap.tf bots since almost every single one of them gets the same notification.

 

But then again the one who reported you isn't too bright either since they don't seem to know the difference between a scam and an asking price.
