but if you want a quick answer, I'm not the best judge for price around here, but I have sold a lot of low tiers in the last week (2 sola topis, and 2 bubbling hats, but not the two together)

 

My first guess is ~14 keys

 

looks like bp.tf says 13-16, which is kind of a wide range.  I'd pick the middle of that range, realistically
