cleverpun Posted April 15, 2015 Share Posted April 15, 2015 Not every hat is paintable. Paints are not enabled by default; they require specific programming and texturing in order to work correctly. Some hats which have been rigged for painting have the ability disabled, presumably for bug testing or somesuch. The Team Captain is one of the hats that doesn't have paint programmed into it.
