FourKings
Example: I buy a hat for 35 keys pure, then turn around and trade that hat for a hat with a buyout of 50. Does this make the price of the hat I bought 35 keys or, IMO, what would be more accurate is that I just made 15 keys profit and have 50 key hat. Is this how it works or is this why the unusual price market is collapsing?
puddingkip
Buyouts do not matter except in rare cases. If you buy a hat for 35 keys and then sell it for a hat the price of the hat you sell it for is determined. This is done via other sales of said hat. If the last two recorded sales both were for 40 keys and the hat was offered on the one you bought your hat will be priced at a range of 35-40*0.9=36 keys
Julia
Base everything on sales and what the B/O was. If the B/O is lower than the value of the sale, use the B/O. If the sales are older than 2 months you can't use them.
