naknak Posted August 18, 2013 Share Posted August 18, 2013 I've reported fake COs on high-value items and seen the trade get closed. The "11 buds pure" claim is almost certainly made up. That is the one I would report. Note also his previous trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13309885 where he claimed offers exceeding 20 buds that (in the new trade) are suddenly not worth mentioning.
