AlwaysBorn
Can you start giving warnings to people who say 'not enough proof' when only a couple of links can be found? It's really annoying to just hear the 'not enough proof' sentence every single time, when they didn't even bother checking if there were more links that could be found. They don't contribute anything useful. Example: Same guy commenting in all my suggestions: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520e7b80ba2536ff64000002 - selling =/= sold http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520e77be4bd7b89e40000013 - not enough proof, raising bp value http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520e777a4bd7b8fd48000009 - no proof http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520e76a4ba25361749000006 - no proof
Jymotion
while they're annoying in these situations, I'm not sure they warrant a warning. they mean well the people who say selling =/= sold in completely wrong scenarios just get laughed at

AwesomeMcCoolName
http://backpack.tf/u/76561198001844743 scammers are like that. Right? haha. Well, that raises an interesting question, why are scammers allowed to use backpack.tf? They're not allowed on most trade servers, and they're banned from OP. So why should they be allowed to participate in price suggestions? inb4 someone brings up Long. He wasn't a marked scammer. Just a caution tag. dixiecountry1971
The only people who say these sort of things are usually newbie bp.tf users or are trying too hard to troll.
MC22
The only people who say these sort of things are usually newbie bp.tf users or are trying too hard to troll. The thing is, a person who has never voted or made a suggestion is not a "newbie" at using it. Some people understand and can capably use it from a start. The fail votes and proofless suggestions make them nooby, not their noobiness making them give fail votes and proofless suggestions. "selling =/= sold" has become so overused and annoying as has the "not enough proof." But what can you do. It's a site based on proof, and that's what people are used to seeing on accepted suggestions... Can't blame them for not knowing how rare a certain item is. MC22
back in the early days 5 links and sound was enough to get any reasonable item passed. Now people want a shitload of filler links that show the same exact information. Why have 50 links selling above to prove a key suggestion when one merely needs 10? http://backpack.tf/vote/id/520d138b4bd7b8323e000011 then you have some silly users like shown who expect redundancy of low end solds. Why must I include all of them when 1 will suffice?

Why must I include all of them when 1 will suffice? Exactly! I don't understand why people want all the links that are on outpost when like only a few are needed to proof your case. Agree with Jy. "selling =/= sold" has become so overused and annoying as has the "not enough proof." But what can you do. I don't blame them for not knowing how rare it is. I blame them for not even checking outpost once before posting "not enough proof". If they would even do one search then they would notice. KingOfHeart
What's wrong with saying "not enough proof" in most cases? I can understand in cases where there's very few sellers, but sometimes a lot of proof is needed. I really get bashed at when I only post 5 links of proof for keys..and they are right to bash me. Glad you learned The main issue here is that most suggesters dot tell people how many trades there are open and just show their proof. Then you get roller coming around with his 4-5 link proofs to change a bloody craft hat and they get accepted, pushing others to think that "dont need that much proof" there was even a guy on some suggestion who said he was inspired by rollers suggestions (will try find link)

I'm talking about people saying not enough proof when there almost can't be find anymore proof and they were too lazy to check outpost and just posted that dumb comment. If they would have done one quick search taking 30 sec., they would have noticed that there couldn't be found more proof.
