On the hunt for the non tradeable collector's scottish resistance

Basically, i've tried all over. Outpost, bp.tf etc. I basically wanna buy it off the current seller. I know that a FULLY non tradeable one exists due to me seeing it beforehand, with no tradeable after date (This was before the mann co store anmd scm did this.) I would basically like to find it. If anyone can find any links leading up to who has it, I would like to know. Thanks

Not sure about this, but couldn't you use an achievement item, make untradeable scrap, then make untradeable reclaimed, and convert back to scrap for infinite untradeable scrap, then use the scraps along with a demo and secondary token?
