Jams
I'm in the market for a copy of Emerald. I've been noticing people claiming the internal battery is fine, and I don't mean the battery used for saving. My question is what can't you do in Emerald when the battery controlling time based events is dry, and if a game with one dry is even worth buying. thecityburns2day
Isn't that the sane battery as the save?

Bobsplosion
Internal Battery only covers clock-based events. This is berries (so no growing,) and that one island thing. You still have a day-night cycle iirc.

Scott Bakula
You could always replace the battery yourself. It's just a 2016 watch battery.
