They can be found if you open up the menu like you normally would to add an unusual effect, go back to SourceFilmmaker/Game, go to workshop then particles and double click item_fx_eotl.pcf Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yeah press the big green subscirbe button, steam will donwload and install it for you. Next time you open SFM it should tell you that it's installed. If you want to know the names of the effects, loo here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=187038852 I'm not sure if they'll be the same but my guess is that they are.
