Fix Meet The Stats

I noticed that meet the stats does not have any of the new particle efects stats, for exsample I can't see howmany hats there are with the robo active efect,http://stats.teamfortress.org/particles can someone fix this please?

I updated stats.tf with the new effects, though some effects may look terrible on the blue background. I'll get to updating the other effects eventually, for now this should do.
