How long does it usually take for false negative trust reports to get removed?

Hello. I received a false trust report from a guy named "Jim Carey" who had a burning yellow belt I was interested in. I reported the negative trust but I haven't heard back since I posted the negative trust. Once I bought another one he wanted to know what I paid. Why should I tell him? He wanted to actively help the price of the belt be at 15 buds so he wouldn't lose profit or something.

Here's the suggestion: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/54959bf5b98d88f5768b45dbCheck out his comments, that explains why he probably added me. He wanted to know what I paid for my belt and wanted to keep the price up because I was ready to pay a good amount of pure for one because it's my endgame unusual.

Furtherproof he wanted to keep the price of his hat at the same price: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/24382824He was faking offers from me that I never made. He said I offered 15 buds for the belt but never did. I offered at most 14 buds, but was most likely not going to buy his, but that's besides the point.

I refuse to tell him because he had no reason to know what I paid. Here's our chat log:

Obviously you can see why no one in their right mind would give this guy any information. Anyways, I proceeded to leave him a negative trust report on his profile located here: http://backpack.tf/trust/76561198059269644

The next day, he gives me one back, located here: http://backpack.tf/trust/76561198065855850

Just read the trust rating he gave me. It makes absolutely no sense and idiotic. Yeah, I wanted a burning belt, how does that make me untrustworthy? Also it's my personal business of what I paid. I also bought the belt from a well known trader with a beams TC, who wasn't even selling the belt at the time. I gave him a good enough offer and paid it. I'll tell basically anyone else what I paid besides Jim Carey. He really doesn't deserve to know based on his ridiculous insults.

Anyways, I'm really really sorry if I'm posting in the wrong area, or if I'm impatient, but someone else posted a false trust for me maybe around a year ago and that one got removed almost instantly. I'm just eager to get this negative trust removed because not only is it completely false, it's annoying as I trade with paypal a lot and value my reputation. I can wait for it to get removed, I'd just like to get it removed at some point. Thanks mods for looking at this also. If you want to know what I paid just add me or PM me or something. Jiggles (guy who I bought it from) will also tell you. Thanks!

First off, he's rude. Second point is that with the proper proof (or if it's just a random negative trust), then you would contact one of the moderators/admins to investigate your negative trust and then they'll decide if it stays or goes.

Mods get to it when they need to, just contact a mod themself and request them to remove the -trust, it takes a second and they're really nice people

Usually a private message on Steam or a private message on the forums can work.

theres a report button the trust page

I don't want to sound rude but you literally had to read one sentence into the post to read "I reported the negative trust but I haven't heard back since I posted the negative trust."

Thanks for the additional information. The trust reports where people go back and forth are the trickiest to handle and usually get into the backlog for reports. I removed both your trust report on him and his on yours. Jim Carrey was rude and showed poor trading etiquette, but nothing he did really suggested that he would not be trustworthy in a paypal transaction.

No worries. I was being really annoying. I wouldn't have bought from me either. I was on mobile for the last two weeks, so I was pretty disconnected from what was going on. So I kept flipflopping
