29-31 keys range for unusual suggestion changed to 1.3-1.3 buds

Basically this suggester would probably resuggest as 1.3 buds but cannot do so due to negative rep from people who don't check the suggestion at all. What to do?

Maybe try to set 1.2 - 1.3 buds, lthough that's not really 29 - 31 keys or make it 1.3 buds flat, if you think that it's not such a big difference.
