Spu~ Posted December 1, 2014 Share Posted December 1, 2014 Just today I encountered a problem with my browser (using google chrome) that is making everything very bright (no, this doesn't have anything to do with my computer's settings or screen settings) as well as the scroll bar is so white that it is invisible, unless I click on it, and if I do, a thin grey border surrounds it. Check your settings, make sure you don't have any weird settings checked off. Maybe lower your screen brightness a tad and see if that helps.
