HusKy
It seems like Valve has done some big changes to their game selling/trading policy. It seems like all newly bought games are region locked. http://www.reddit.com/r/SteamGameSwap/comments/2nd85i/psa_all_new_games_are_region_locked_by_default/ http://www.reddit.com/r/SteamGameSwap/comments/2ndhxq/psa_an_attempt_to_use_logic_and_common_sense_with/ As a bonus, new games cannot be traded for the initial period of 30 days. http://steamcommunity.com/groups/tradingcards#announcements/detail/163582965920702191 http://www.reddit.com/r/SteamGameSwap/comments/2nbqui/psa_change_to_tradability_of_gifts/ http://www.reddit.com/r/SteamGameSwap/comments/2nc0qk/psa_petition_against_the_recent_policy_change/ RIP cheap games? Blatch
Well, on the plus side, this kills any chance of games being revoked because of dubious origin.

HusKy
> Also, they are still giftable but not tradeable for 30 days. It's not safe to do trades this way or is it? I searched for a thread about this but I couldn't find one. Oh well... edit. This is terribad for TF2 keys which are used by hundreds of game traders as virtual currency. It'd be the equivalent of Paypal trading. As in, you'd have to put trust in a person to pay you after you've already given them the product. Except worse, because there's no charge-back function. So basically the most risky possible current way to trade, yes X3
HusKy
Exactly, it's not safe at all. The sale should start in the next couple days so we will see how that works out for game traders.
