Like "Thats not free tho." or "Looks like a screenshot, dumb shit.". I'm gonna make a serious post now. I will be making TF2 Skins for 1 scrap or more. I will not make a custom shape. I can only change the colors etc. Go to shrib.com and type what you want the skin to look like, save at the bottom, send me the link and I will start and give you a download.
