The iraqi army was a joke, and ISIS ended up in possession of all the weapons we gave them. And it's not just like it was a unique incident, either. The people there have a well-established history of simply laying down their arms and running away when it suits them. It's almost as if they don't like fighting traditional warfare at all unless suits their ideology and they have an overwhelming advantage.... hmmm.... You must be joking. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_in_Afghanistan_(2001%E2%80%93present) This advanced weaponry didn't stop the ~3500 dead in Afghan.
