Say someone just ban you for no reason. I got banned just for suggesting a fair price for robokeys for one whole week. I don't think admins deserve that much power of banning. Newsflash, if a moderator closes your suggestion the first time, maybe try it again once with new evidence, but don't spam it 20 times: http://backpack.tf/vote.php?skip=0&all=1&steamid=76561198059152122 Your ban was rightfully reserved and was given by a moderator not an admin. Moderators must give reasons for their bans when they submit them and this more than fair. There's a very little chance for moderators banning random people because there's no incentive to do so. Also moderators will have an actual reason to ban someone they do not like which means they did something backpack.tf related that warranted a ban.
