Unified Moderator Informant thread.

I assume that there is most likely a moderator only section somewhere on the forums, so I'm suggesting that there be a thread where all the precedents and rules that are set for certain items can be found. I believe this will prevent further incidents where there is a disconnect between moderators about what the site is currently implementing as policy.

 

Example given:

 

Over the past few weeks Jon has put out a lot of little precedents about how keys should be dealt with, and Vincent being caught off-guard was left slightly clueless until being unformed by one of the voters of Jon's new rules.

Not sure if this already exists, but I think it needs to be kept better up to date if it does exist.
