I will pay 1 Refined if this turns out how I want it to.

 

Here it is:

 

I would like a Red Scout standing in front of a White and Neon Green Dr. Dapper's Topper Hat.

The scout is supposed to be looking at us straight on.

The Dapper's is upside down and it is floating in mid air around the Scout's Waist and his mid stomach / chest area.

I would like for the Scout to be reaching his hand in the Dapper's hat. Everything up to his mid forearm.

I want the hat to be floating and to be seen clearly with G O C printed on the front, spaced out just a bit.

Print the G O C in Neon Green

Make the Dapper's have Sunbeam Effect.

Put the Scout's right hand in the hat (up to his mid forearm) and have the LEFT HAND (Not the arm) covering his eyes.

The scout's fingers have to be spread apart just a little like he is peaking through them.

Have him with his tongue out of this mouth (Licking his lips) acting like he is trying to think.

Around the Scout, make everything dark, like he is evil.

Make the Sunbeams Dapper really stand out.

Make it bright, but no that bright.

If you can, at the top going across, make it say " Game Of Chance "

 

If you can do that I have 1 Ref for ya.

 

I also have another idea for a Trading Group.

If you can make a nice one (Maybe Spy?) and make it themed where him and someone else are trading or something and it contains   " Game Of Chance " at the top.

I will give another Ref.

 

Just make them really nice and really pop out.
