Question about Industrial Festivizer and Equip region removal

So, if i equip Industrial Festivizer with other hat (Texas Ten Gallon or any other hat) will it show that orange helmet?

 

(Yes i use Equip region removal)

 

On loadout.tf it doesn't show orange helmet, but I'm not sure

The helmet isn't a part of the festivizer, so it will never appear with items that remove the helmet.
