He always joins the game, presses F4 (Ready) and goes into Spectator. This way he forces the game to start and he just stays in Spectator where no one can kick him. If anyone cares, our team had one guy with 1 tour, everyone else was over 20. Beware of this guy, kick him as soon as you see him! He got around 200 tours by doing nothing and he still won't stop with that. Edit: Please spread the message so everyone who plays MvM knows about him.
