Help with soldier loadout

I need help with this loadout, such as what should I paint the defiant to fit the set?

 

And do I need to change the parka to a different misc if so what is it and what should I paint it .

 

Also, would it be better if I painted the rack the same color as the defiant?

If I had this set, I would paint the Spartan Gold, & change the misc to a Hornblower (White).

I was thinking of that, but was debating to paint the horn blower white, black or ye olde rustic. And idk if I should paint the spartan gold. But thanks for the advice, I'll most likely use your idea

If you want the spartan to go with the effect, then paint it yellow

If you want it to clash, then I'd say black, white, green or pink
