What if Valve made crate 70 only drop once for each item and in each dropped crate it held only 1 of the new items?

1. What would happen if Valve removed trading? All trade servers would be redundant, and people would find a way to trade anyway but Valve would most likely make it Black Market shit (Against the rules).

What if Valve gave out free Unusuals by randomly selecting a TF2 player? I can only say that if they announced who won it, pointless bullying of new users who are winners and Phishers/Scammers/Hackers getting free unusuals shortly before getting banned.
