Nothing particularly earth shattering here, but I did find the thought proccesses, culture, and the closeness of the relationships between this fence and their scammers interesting. 

 

I have bolded some of the text to make the reading a little easier. Bolded text is copy/pasted chat logs sent by the fence.

 

Earlier when they added me to complain about a report

Toasty>Youtuberâ„¢: Hello. My name is Penek. Today, When I came from school, I opened up my Laptop(Mac osx), the first thing i tried to do: was to log into steam and just text my friends. I tried my login and password but it didn't open my account up, I started to panic, then i realized if i go to my mail I could probably reset the password for my account, I have Successfully recovered my account, I have logged into Steam and my friend traded me to show some new items he's got. (SCREENSHOT#1) So i realized a second after that I'm missing some items, not some but a lot of items worth about $3000. Next thing to do was to go to backpack.tf to check if they were in my backpack, maybe the trade just lags as it does in last days. So when i opened my page, i got really shocked of what i have saw. (SCREENSHOT#2) MY Backpack value dropped about 3000$ as i said before and i got terrified, I went 2 days back in history by selecting historical view as you may know. (SCREENSHOT#3) On screenshot #3 you can see what items I'm missing, Next thing to do was to check the history of the hats from 2 days ago and see in who's backpack they are currently. So i clicked on the history of my burning phantoms (SCREENSHOT #4), I saw A guy who had the items. So i opened his backpack, and i was shocked again by what i saw, I saw all of my missing items.(SCREENSHOT #5) & (SCREENSHOT #6), Another thing that bothered me, was his outpost. When i checked his outpost, he was selling my exact items (SCREENSHOTS #7,8,9,10) As I understood, the outpost history of items is more clear and before this guy, all hats had been in backpack of a guy MENOCH. (AS YOU CAN SEE IN PREVIOUS SCREENSHOTS). So I realized, that i didn't check my backpack history yet. When i went to my backpack history in steam, i saw that all the items went to account of MENOCH(SCREENSHOT#11), Who then traded it to VESPA. Unless we can verify your account was hijacked we do not restore any items to it as previously explained.
