Allow to see previous accepted/rejected suggestions of users

You don't seem to be able to see previous closed suggestions from a user at the moment since the new update.

For example:

http://backpack.tf/u/76561198044387084 ---> Recent Suggestions (View All) ---> http://backpack.tf/vote/?creator=76561198044387084 ---> Only shows my currently open suggestions.

Good, perhaps less people will mix up classified with suggestions.
