Get Layd
So I've managed to save $1700 for a gaming computer. I want to get a gaming laptop rather than a desktop because I plan on joining the military soon and I need the mobility. I am wanting a computer that is powerful enough to run most games at the highest graphics setting possible and run spotify at the same time. My friend who will be majoring in comp sci in the fall recommended that I get an Asus g750jx. Is this a good recommendation? If not then can you offer some alternatives? Thank you very much. Noggle
A gaming laptop that you can get for 1700 is a dekstop you can get for 800. If mobility is really necessary, you're going to want to weigh the pros and cons. What kind of games will you be playing? Do you really need to play TF2 at 1080p with 16x antialiasing? AwesomeMcCoolName
Do you really need to play TF2 at 1080p with 16x antialiasing? You can do that shit with a gt435m and still get like 100 fps.
