Trying to raise price, but there are no solds

Im attempting to raise the searing pyromancers mask price since it became a misc and other lower tier effects for it were raised. No one has gotten around to raising it, so i thought i should try.

However, i can only find 3 solds:

[He is asking 45 Buds for this, which would mean he “paid 45-18=27 Buds†for the Searing Mask. This seems VERY high, and I know buyouts count for nothing at all, but this should be put out there at least].

 

Since it has become a misc. In fact, there are only a few on the market at all (about 5) making it extremly hard to raise the price even though it clearly needs to be raised!

 

What should i do?

3 solds is usually enough for unusual suggestions. I say make the suggestion with what you have, and if it doesn't end up being enough you can look for more proof after it's closed.
