Lowball when offering on said gifted unusual, repeatedly pointing out that it is gifted and deserves only the lowest of lowballs. Did it work?: Yes? Carry on to step 2! : No? Lowball everyone some more. Everyone. Step 2: After acquiring said gifted unusual, track down some random yet somewhat famous tf2 member. You could track down administrators of popular websites, tf2 competitive players, or the creators of said hat which you own. Get them to "sign" your hat for you. Step 3: OMG COOL!
