Stats.tf says about 6,000 were found via timed drop (http://stats.tf/item/294/The_Lugermorph) and backpack.tf lists a price for a Unique+Tradable Lugermorph (http://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Lugermorph/Tradable/Craftable) Here's the deal though, I'm 99% sure it doesn't exist. If we deduce that it in fact does not exist and the price listed her (http://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Lugermorph/Tradable/Craftable) should be removed so dumb people like me don't get confussed.
