Dumbasses tend to do things that make it more difficult or just plain impossible to keep them alive, and more often than not will end up dragging you to your death along with them. Leave the dumbasses to their dumbassery and try to focus on getting the smart people healed and ubered. You'll experience a lot less frustration.
