again it falls under "has anyone reported them" and even if they have the mods/admis get so many reports a day that its very easy for these to fall through and get forgotten about for a while like i said i do agree with what your saying but the logistics behind it make it hard to execute properly without a report being made reason being some people will just leave a -rep and not report them cus they think said person getting a lot of -reps for the same or similar reasons gets them banned without a report lastly again you can trade with scammers under 10 keys   also screenshots can be faked a friend of mine was banned off a server for selling someone illegal content for tf2 items but my friend proved he couldn't have cus he never had him added cus steam keeps records of that stuff for people the user to se so again it can fall under leaving a -rep to defame someone witch does happen and using faked proof to try and defame them more other things like cropped screenshots some times don't get accepted as proof cus they are cropped other times the screenshots can be taken out of context to make someone look bad other times its a screenshot with a someone's friend impersonating the accused scammers profile   my rule that i have on my steam profile is if you got 3 or more -rep on backpack for what ever reasons i won't trade with you some people don't care there is an argument to be made as while yes the person has these -reps they aren't banned    as you said has 4 - reps well counter point.............alts it may sound crazy but seeing what some mvm players will do if they don't get there way, it makes this idea of using alts and fake evidence doesn't seem completely crazy hell I wouldn't be surprised if someone got banned for faked evidence then got unbanned after they proved it was fake   I'm not here trying to defend people with scammer -reps but I'm just here trying to show counter points and arguments that can be made to what your saying

Looking for an artist that takes keys as payment (no sfm, sorry : ( ). As well as someone that has an overexaggerated cartoony art style; not something with extremely realistic proportions. Will go in depth with commission later...

its not gonna be as cheep as you think cus your level 70 as some people have said it gets more expensive the higher you go, honestly i wouldn't go above 100, if your at 100 and you need more friend slots then just remove people you don't talk to and or trading bots the only reason to go past 100 is if you just want to flex
