Links to pricing guide when opening suggestion

There are tons of suggestions without proof every day, that waste the time of the admins & the users in the site. These new users don't know how to create a good suggestion, and then Derpeh needs to link them to the guides  . So maybe there will be some kind of alert in "suggest a new price" page, that will say something like : "Before making suggestions, please read the rules regarding item pricing, or the rules regarding unusual pricing". When clicking "rules regarding item pricing" there will be link to the general item pricing guide (http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/792-how-to-make-a-good-suggestion-bullet-points-version/) and when clicking " rules regarding unusual pricing" there will be link to the unusual pricing guide (http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/7-how-to-create-a-good-unusual-price-suggestion/).

This is already the case. You have to click through the site rules page before making a suggestion. And the site rules is a condensed version of the guide pages.

also havent needed to link it as much as before so it's a sign that many people arn't making as many proofless suggestions now? ^-^b

I totally forgot about that, I can't remember when was the last time I logged into this site or made my first suggestion. Even though people forget the rules they read in the first time, and reminding them could help ...

That's because 99% of the traders are illiterate don't read the rules because #yolo there's almost no incentive to do so.
