Hover info for "Latest Changes"

It'd be nice to be able to hover over the items on the right and have the following info appear: Name of item (including "uncraftable" or "vintage" etc., old price, and new price).  It can be confusing to see an item be a strange price and you have to click on it to see it's the uncraftable version.
