Death: Am I Afraid of It?
Well, this topic has recently come up with me, and I've decided to blog about it, since that's the wisest option. Death is seen throughout life, with random people to even your closest relative disappearing. Now a question has recently come up that I needed to answer: Are you afraid of death? Honestly, I can say that I will willingly accept death. Of course I'm not suicidal or anything and would put a knife to my throat or something, but I'm not afraid enough where if my life ended the next day, or even minute, I wouldn't be afraid to leave with any regrets. Since I am a Christian, I do believe there is indeed life after death. If I do die, I get to see all my friends sooner as I don't have to wait for them or at least I can enjoy the time while waiting for them to also come with me into heaven. I'm not trying to make this an evangelical blog post, but I just wanted to say that I'm not afraid to leave since I know that my friends and I will see each other again one day, be it in life or in the afterlife.
tl;dr My faith makes me happy to say that I'm not afraid as I believe I will see my friends in the afterlife.
