Bane: The Chiropractor Posted February 6, 2016 Share Posted February 6, 2016 There's actually the ability to remove a sheen from a kit before applying it to an item, so the item itself won't have any sheen. I did it with my Vintage Kritzkrieg. So nothing special, just someone decided to remove a sheen from a kit before applying it for whatever reason.
