GCFScape not opening at all.

I installed GCFScape (using the installer), and I've tried to open it from the ProgramFilesx86 directory, startup menu and desktop (all with both administrator and normal), and every time, it shows up as running in Task Manager but nothing actually happens or opens. I've reinstalled it multiple times and done the same over and over, but it still refuses to open. 

EDIT: I tried reinstalling the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, opened the setup.exe and now that won't open either.
