Question too D@D unusual owners (its about the effect itself)

So I really like the death at dusk effect and I think a d@d hong kong cone may be my dream unusual (all though its a distant dream).  There is a deal breaker however, today I saw a morning glory sniper hiding in the shadows and I could see him clearly because the effect was luminescent.  So what about d@d, is that luminescent too?  In other words, can you see it clearly in a shadow?  I main scout and I would hate an effect that reveals my position when I play sneaky.

I had a death at dusk cone for months and it looked very nice. I don't think it would give your position away

almost any unusual is going to be pretty fuckin obvious against a black background, yes. if you're concerned about that get smoking, flies or nuts.

If you're trying to find stealth in TF2, that's what the spy is for. 

 

Most unusual effects are noticeable and it is definitely possible to be caught while wearing a D@D effect. It is a bit harder to see the purple clouds on it but the sun rays are still quite visible.
