A section above the community forums for important and popular threads. It wouldn't be a whole new section, just filters the day's top threads there, so threads like "forum rules", Newsletter and whatever is popular for the day is easily shown I figure by looking at the example below, it would make everything else common sense Discuss below Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He meant that no amount of tweaking to settings will make this a possibility without digging into the source code of the forums software and editing it in. Even if Brad and Fiskie decided to do so, the forum software is owned by IP.Board, not backpack.tf. Brad and Fiskie can't modify the source code or else they could face legal issues.
